Tournament Refund Policy

The refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation prior to April 15th                      50% (100% if tournament is full and a paid replacement team registers)
Cancellation after April 15th                             0%

Rainout after 1 game played                          50%
Rainout after 2 games played                          0%


If any portion of the tournament is unplayable due to inclement weather, the Tournament Director reserves the right to do whatever is necessary to complete tournament, including but not limited to the changing of the tournament format and shortening or cancellation of games. The Tournament Director shall reach the final decision.  The Tournament Director can also award berths based upon the results of a shortened or canceled tournament.
